Why We Are Gathering
In moments like these, it can be difficult to know what to do from afar. But our attention matters. Prayer matters. Community matters. And what we choose to do with that care matters.
COLOMBIA, WE HOLD YOU brings these together — creating a space for prayer, meditation, healing, collective intention, and direct support for the communities impacted by the earthquake.
For 75–90 minutes, voices from around the world will guide us through presence, reflection, breath, and healing. Throughout the gathering, we will also share direct ways to support verified organizations working with the communities most affected.
The Heart of This Gathering
The Chocó region has been one of the most affected areas. These are the communities, families, and children we are holding in our hearts and directing support toward.

Across countries, communities, traditions, and beliefs, we are gathering for one shared intention: To hold Colombia in love, presence, prayer, and action.
You do not need any experience with meditation or spiritual practice. You only need to come as you are.
